Have looked at these on several occasions and for some time. Toughies for sure.

true love knows no bounds? or something like - an infinite capacity for love?

i know, i know. But that's all i gots for now.

Good guesses, but nope...hint: it's a very specific tongue that has been got ;P.

Okay admittedly the first one is actually not correctly sourced, but it's commonly attributed to him (or was when I made this puzzle). The E is referring to probability, not physics. The formula in the parenthesis on the rhs is referring to a particular shape in polar coordinates.

For the second one, U is referring to, like, economics, the numbers are in units of seconds.

For the last, again, number is in units of seconds on the first part, second part is a known by name as a particular equation.
