Word Puzzle That Requires Number Working?

I think I have this figured out, but would like to see what others think the answer is. Could be anything. Posted here because it's not an anagram (there's a "q", so you'd think there should be a "u" as well) and I think it might require rotating the alphabet based on a number set...

Just advance the ith letter i positions forward in the alphabet. So, F goes up 1 letter to G, p goes up 2 letters to r, b goes up 3 letters to e, etc.
