I would say Thor because the other would have known Zeus.

Or maybe

Gemini .. it's the only reference to DUALITY .. all the others are *stand-alone* as gods or planets

Mercury. All the others are six letters or less.

All are missiles/rockets/space related objects apart from Earth. Apollo is the only deity in both Roman and Greek legend which has the same name.

Bingo!

One other answer was correct, but you also got the reason correct.

Didn't know that fact about Apollo.

How is Earth not a space related object?

Back in the '60s and going forward, rockets and space exploration missions were given names.

Earth is the only word in the list that was not so used.

Wow...that was unexpected. And here I was trying to figure out how many of each word would fit neatly around each other...*whistling*

I should've said space FLIGHT related. Thor and Atlas are missiles. Mercury, Apollo, Gemini, Saturn, Mars, Venus were the names given to space missions or the rockets used by them. (The last 2 are fireworks as well!)

Well some of us lived those experiences.

Others learned of them in history classes. :)

Well...to be fair...some of us slept through history classes...*whistling*

I can usually get a pretty good read on people, but you keep surprising me, bon-chan ;P.

WD fab...

should've thought about space missions .. Gemini threw me off.. did not heard of a space mission (or rocket) named like that...

and my thought of gods in different civ.. was a bit thrown off by Atlas.. which was a demigod.. not a full god :) (Gemini was one of the pluri-gods in Battlestar galactica ;) )

I think it's more like...I either think you're, like, 7, or I consider you with affection...

So how's second grade? ;P
