I guess it's to show what sense it has.

It might have been posted as a logic puzzle, but it seemed riddle-like as well.

Still not really making sense. It what way are our answers to be posted? Is it the profession of the interviewee, what they said, etc.

Profession is given.

What was said is cryptic.

Logical, but cryptic.

If his response is two letters...

would he be a calligrapher?

No, but you're thinking about the part that's cryptic.

FF...I think of Freedom Fighters...

:P

or maybe it's...oh, maybe a coding? :)

He must be a software writer. a few bits are the basic unit of information in computing.

FF are hexadecimal digits. (255 in decimal, i think) And the primary use of hexadecimal notation is a human-friendly representation of binary-coded values in computing and digital electronics.

I've got it

I'm the author. As you can see from my avatar, I'm a lolcat who simply manages to type with my hind paws. The sample of "FF" was actually hexadecimal for 15 15. And in binary that's 1111 1111 - exactly the pattern you would get if I swiped the paper with both sets of forepaw claws.

Srsly though I still have no idea.
