I don't like these kind of riddles but I got this one recently and can't find an answer:

If:

44-4=63

16+6=36

8-6=9

33+33=108

Then

16-6=?

all the results are multiples of 9

the minus being odd and the plus being even

from that my guess at the answer would be 27...

If:

44-4=63 -----------4+4+4+6+3 = 21

16+6=36 -----------1+6+6+3+6 = 22

8-6 =9 ------------==== 8+6+9 = 23

33+33=108 --------3+3+3+3+1+0+8=21

Then

16-6=? ------------1+6+6+2+7 = 22

2 plus 7 would equal 9 to continue that pattern as well, plus as stated above the numbers alternate between being odd and even with the additions being even and subtractions being odds. so 16 - 6 = 27
