A Ticklish Riddle

Question

Posted · Report post

I’m full, I’m sated, I’m packed to the nines

A city of prisons marked T and line.

I’m the heart of a river, the good to the bad,

I’m the grades of a test from happy to sad.

I’m the juice for your children

The food for your nickel,

From my head to my toe

I bestow the tickle.

Head to a fist,

Foot to the wire,

My blood runs the circuit

Of the day’s desire.

The shocker. If you even rotate the image 90 degrees ccw, it looks (a bit) like the shocker.

Pardon my immaturity.

battery?

I’m full, I’m sated, I’m packed to the nines - fully charged - battery "pack"

A city of prisons marked T and line. = T = +, line = -; prison/cell; and "city of prisons" metaphorically trapped electrical potential

I’m the heart of a river, the good to the bad, - "heart of a river" - current; "the good to the bad" - positive and negative

I’m the grades of a test from happy to sad. - grades as in A, C, D sized batteries like shool grades

I’m the juice for your children - juice for electrical toys

The food for your nickel, - nickel as in nickel cadmium

From my head to my toe - poles typically at top and bottom of a battery

I bestow the tickle. - electricity

Head to a fist, - etc

Foot to the wire,

My blood runs the circuit

Of the day’s desire.

Plainglazed nails it. I knew it was easy with an abundance of clues, but well done anayway.

Water, but when you apply it to all of the lines, it doesn't quite fit. Maybe in older times, because, for instance, juice for the nickel=a watermill used to press coins

But I guess not.
