Or maybe he wants us to think that so we can try to kill him and he can self-trap, so we target someone else. And maybe he knows we'll target someone else, so he traps the someone else that we target. But perchance we predict that he will do that, so we change our kill target back to him! He was relieved when he finally found him with a hermit. “Klue, I know who you are,” he whispered. “You have no idea, just go away, I want to be alone,” Klue replied. Gordon realized he had it wrong and quietly left. ************************************************************************************* Billy Ray Sanguine felt the urge again, the irresistible impulse to kill. As he walked into a convenience store he saw Darth Nox in the chips aisle. This really is a convenient store Sanguine thought to himself as he stode to Nox and slashed away with his razor. The store employee pressed an alarm button but Sanguine was long gone and Darth Nox dead before the police arrived. ************************************************************************************* Tanith Low was looking for Molly and found him at home. Molly opened the door, remarking “How nice of you to visit,” but was cut off as Tanith clobbered him over the head, knocking Molly out cold. ************************************************************************************* Molly was still home, nursing a headache and having some wine when there was a knock at Molly’s door. He set down his glass, took a breath, and went to open it. Skulduggery was standing there with his revolver drawn. “Ah, perfect timing. Let’s get this over with, shall we?” Molly casually suggested. Skulduggey grinned, and as he raised his revolver he declared, “I know who you are!” Molly raised an eyebrow and pondered a comeback as Skulduggery fired. Dusk fell dead. ************************************************************************************* Billy Ray Sanguine ran across Tolecnal and decided to tail her for sport. Tolecnal managed to keep him quite busy as learned more and more of her. ************************************************************************************* KlueMaster had been missing for some time, so China went in search of him. She found him living with a hermit on the far outskirts of town.
