three kings are vying for the role of ultimate ruler.
the only way they can achieve this is by assassinating the other two kings.
knowing this, each king appears as a commoner, to try to avoid detection.
each king also has 2 royal guards, keeping a watchful eye on the crowd.
the kings can bribe a commoner to attempt to kill the other kings.
the game is over when one king is left.
roles:
King: the leader of his fair people.
abilities: can converse secretly with guards.
can issue an order of "close the gates!", no commoners or assassins can get in or out of his kingdom. this leads to unrest after three days, so the king must open the gates after this time.
taxes-the king starts off with 1000 gold and gets 15 gold per day in taxes.
royal guard: the kings protector, carries out the kings orders.
abilities: spy- can identify one person per day as an assassin or a commoner. (if assassin , may immediately kill him.)
in plain sight- everyone knows who the royal guards are (fancy armor).
bribe- on the kings orders, a guard my bribe a commoner to attempt to assassinate another king, royal guard, or otherwise gain useful information.
pseudo-invulnerable - it takes 3 assassins to kill a royal guard.
commoner:the most abundant role. as a commoner, you can converse with any other commoner in your kingdom. note that any conversation with them will be known to everyone. you may also travel to the other two kingdoms. (king appears as commoner so has same ability.)
side note: there are no real "nights", everything happens during the day.
