The United States President, Barack Hussein Obama, has 13 distinct letters in his name.

Assuming each distinct letter is a different modulo 13 digit, what is the solution to

HUSSEIN - BARACK = OBAMA which also makes HUSSEINBARACKOBAMA as large as possible?

I incorrectly used "modulo 13 digit" in the OP. It should have been "base 13 digit". Sorry about that.
