One day, a man, his wife and his 3 kids decided to have a barbeque and invited some guests. However, 13 guests had arrived and he only had 1 packet of 6 sausages (assuming everybody would have 1 sausage). So he went to the shops and bought 2 extra packets of 6 sausages. How many spare sausages were there for the dog to finish.

The dog would get no sausages because 3 packets of 6 sausages makes 18 and there were 13 guests 'and' the family of five.

1 think puzzles me that if he had 6 sausages and the no. of family members are 5, then does he plan to invite just 1 guest.

if yes, then 13 guests+ 5 members of family = 18 = 3 packets, so ans shud be 0. and yeah , keep making more riddles but make them tougher

none. But I agree with dark_magician_92. Would he be planning only 1 guest? Or did he think that they would all bring their own food? Poor doggie. He gets nothing to eat.
