doctor at the People's Temple in Jonestown. The "popsicle stick" was really a tongue depressor and the red liquid was the Kool-aid he drank.

I know it was grape flavored but shhhh...

the guy got a popsticle that was cherry, but he bought it from an ice cream man that turned out to be a mass murderer. the popsticle was poisoned! he took one lick, fell, died, an the popsticle melted, hence the red liquid.

THIS IS SOOO SIMPLE!!!!!

#1 He slipped on the popsicle juice from the popsicle that his kid dropped on the floor earlier. It melted and he slid right down and fell on the stick, it stabbed him in his heart, or he choked on it, nevertheless, it killed him and popped out and onto the floor beside him. #2 Or possibly, his frig was on the fritz, shorted, and all his popsicles had melted onto the floor. He opened the door, a stick fell out, he stepped in it, fried then died.

the man was skydiver(a crazy one).....

to prove his craziness he attempted the Popsicle stunt..

that is to eat a Popsicle(red color 1) in mid air..

unfortunately he choked in mid air and crashed to death with Popsicle still in his mouth..
