Question

A man is having a walk in the park :) when it started to rain badly :( He had no coat unbrella or any other rain protectors . It was still raining when he got home but his hair was completly dry how come?

He wore a toupee, which he removed and put into his pocket when it rained.

His hair is a toupée and he put it under his shirt or something.

It's raining somewhere, but not where he is.

He was walking in a car praking place (shaded area) when the rain started. Then he went home (which was not raining) in his car ...

there is no time frame......his hair could have gotten wet, he then could have gotten in his car and drove home. It could have taken him hours to get home....in that case his hair could have been dry by then.
