So, first woman will observe the routine of the guard. Knowing that the guard comes out every three minutes, she starts towards Switzerland exactly when the guard goes inside the sentry tower. She turns towards Germany exactly when three minutes are over. Then guard will see him and will think that she was intending to enter Germany. So he will turn her back to Switzerland, where she is actually willing to go.
