0 Guest
a mountain I Knew that sounded familiar! This Hobbit riddle is faily easy, but its my favorite: A box without hinges, key or lid, Yet golden treasure inside is hid.
0 Guest
I guessed the answer, but I'd have to disagree with Gollum on a technicality... Mountains certainly do grow, in at least one sense of the word. How else did they get so tall, and gradually continue to get taller in some cases? Perhaps man-made objects with underground anchoring such as skyscrapers would be an acceptable alternative answer.
0 Guest
Lausus is correct. Good one. A box without hinges, key or lid, Yet golden treasure inside is hid. An egg?
