Question

A man was in a completely sealed off room (dont ask how he got in)

There are absolutely no exits. He is trapped inside a totally solid cube.

The man died, but not because of lack of oxygen.

But if he had not bee in the room he would not have died.

How did he die?

Rather than face the slow horror of dying of suffocation he committed suicide.

I think there are actually many valid answers, for example you never said that the room was empty and thus that opens up hundreds of answers.

... bee stings?

If the bee was not there, he would not have died.

It said "if he had not bee in the room" and it would not make grammatical sense that way so we all assumed that bee was a mispelling of been. Also he said there was nothing else in the room, so there couldn't be a bee in the room

I have to say that he's in a coffin. Had he not been dead, he wouldn't have been in the coffin.

I don't think it's right, so I'm just going to say he died of natural causes.

My first thought hasn't yet been guessed so I'll go with it.....

died of thirst.

However, I agree with the others. Not enough information to determine a correct answer. Are we supposed to ask you questions until we narrow it down?

He said that it was a very small room and as such he would die of oxygen deprivation before he died of thirst or hunger

No, he was alive when he was put in the room.

It was a semi-natural cause. As I said, had he not been in the room, he would not have died in that way.

If he was in a completely solid room with a single hole to the outer world, he would not have died in this way.
