0 Thalia
Do you mean global warming? No. I meant polar bears but global warming would be connected. Global warming might be the answer but somehow, I can't see global warming as "we." The word den made me think of animals. It's probably referring to something else but it'll drive me nuts if I don't try. To me it sounds like the polar bears are losing their home to global warming and are deciding whether to stay or leave.

0 Guest
No to all ...and for clarification, i usually end my riddles with a nii or in this case, nunc inveni id. It translates "now find it," meaning find the answer. Nothing to do with the riddle. Edited January 15, 2011 by LJayden

0 benjer3
face your fear of heaven, but in a basement or something, because a tornado is coming. There is a storm, then lightning and thunder, and then heavy rain. The green tint in the sky ("jade reflections") means there might be a tornado. 0 plasmid
some good guesses, but i'm looking for a word. One-word answers aren't really my style if I think I've got it Darkened clouds bring blue-green rain And shield the sun from sight Then to the sea it flows again From heaven, taking flight But if you must have a single word, I'd say "rain" I'm not quite sure what the "ten" and "ten times seven" clues refer to though, perhaps temperatures in the clouds compared to the Earth's surface? 0 Guest
no hits. here's another verse to keep this going. Jade reflections, time is short The day too young for light to abort Sparkling, down far to ten Clouds burning, we were asleep The kids are too young and they weep Sweltering, to ten times seven Water grey, an ocean everywhere Chilling and falling from the point of care Soaking, we draw all back to our den Tell me this, for you have a clue When the time comes, what you do Face or flee our fear of heaven Feel it close in, tilting near And still comes a time to cheer Even should the darkness deepen

0 peace*out
death? what im really thinking of is "when your at a beach and the sun goes down and it gets cold so you have to go, but you dont want to, and you look back one last time to see the beautiful colors of the sun sinking down into the water casting shades of pink, red, orange, yellow and purple everywhere and smileing. but for some reason, i have a feeling that that's probably too long
