Some of these are definitely quite obscure and figuring them individually probably would be hopeless. Counted on the title, the last line and making sense of a couple of the other lines leading to the answer. Et voila, Wilson to the rescue. Well done, sir. Don't think there's a chance to pull off a C Riddle.

Hey MissKitten - As the old saying goes, "there's no such thing as a dumb question." Moreover, just being here to have fun and give the ole noggin' a workout precludes one from being stupid, imo.

some here have seen this type before and have an advantage. this riddle is less of a "What am I" and more of a "Play on Words". That is to say using the words in ways other than their expected meaning. Generally speaking, PoWs might include things like double meanings and/or literal interpretations, homophones and/or phonetic interpretations, anagrams, hidden words, plays on the letter structure of the words themselves usually indicated by some kind of descriptor (like "even" might indicate the even letters), etc. In this case, I was describing two words in each sentence, one starting with the letter B and the other the same as the B word minus the B. There should also have been some indication that the word without the B is omitted. In the first line for example: "being happy" in this case was meant to be "elated" and "past the (usual) time" as "belated" and "forget about" indicates to not use the "elated" bit leaving "B".
