Question

What is the first number whose letter value sum (A=1, B=2, C=3) is less than or equal to the number?

Example TEN (T+E+N = 20+5+14) TEN<39

How about first number whose letter value product is less than the number?

FIFTY = 6 + 9 + 6 + 20 + 25 = 66

SIXTY = 19 + ...

EIGHTY = 5 + 9 + 7 + 8 + 20 + 25 = 74!

I tried writing a program for the second part, but I'm pretty sure I was getting overflow

just throwing out a guess for the second part: TEN BILLION > 20*5*14*2*9*12*12*9*15*14 = 6,858,432,000

out of these values billion is more efficient then hundreds and millions. and ten is the most efficient out of 1-10.
