What has wires

all over, ---A house is typically wired.

that can

be different colors ---I use this to refer to either 'What' from line 1 (in my case, a house) or to 'wires'. Both work.

many people have

it. ---Straightforward while 'it' refers to the 'what' (house), which trickles down to the wires that would be in the house

They can be nice and

destroyed. ---While 'they' refers to 'people', there is very little anyone can do to make this make sense. But again, if it refers to the 'what', a house can still be nice after it's destroyed.
