Question

Line of sight through sightless eyes

Shows end unseen by these.

The die is cast along the mast

Whilst sailing on a breeze.

This neck seems frail and prone to hurt,

But such so far from truth.

Snap the neck and nothing breaks . . .

But life within the use.

Base machines rotate in time

Churning out a wave.

Death awaits that soul who takes

The present, past the stave.

needles? used to thread sails on a sailing ship, or compass needles

used for medication life saving

used in sewing machines - which will kill your finger if it moves too close ?

skull/scull

skull and crossbones pirate flag bones sometimes used as die or to make die

bones do not actually attach neck to skull

sculling creates a wave of motion/water

Minor edit:

Line of sight through sightless eyes

Meets end unseen by these.

The die is cast along the mast

Whilst sailing over breeze.

The neck seems frail and prone to hurt,

But such so far from truth.

Snap the neck and nothing breaks . . .

But life within the use.

Base machines rotate in time

Churning in a wave.

Death awaits that one who takes

The present, past the stave.
