The police questioned the wife and staff and got these alibis: The Wife said she was sleeping. The Cook was cooking breakfast. The Gardener was picking vegetables. The Maid was getting the mail. I think I saw one very similar to yours before, though I think it was part of a two-minute mystery or something? I liked it. Has a nice "a-ha" effect when the answer becomes clear.
