Big Ben?

Hands with hammers set to work,

Building ‘cross a plain

Erecting bridges on a lark

No soul will cross upon.

Planets spin, two for bruise

Two are flagging East

Worlds collide and multiplied

Are hammer stroke and grin.

Oops! How embarrassing! I flubbed the rhyme scheme. Oh well, here’s a better re-write. (no winners yet)

Hands with hammers set to work,

Building ‘cross a plain,

Erecting bridges here and there

No soul will cross upon.

Planets spin, two of bruise,

Two of Eastern Flag.

Hammer stroke to build and break,

Making worlds collide.

Well done Plasmid.

croquet. The game uses wickets arched into the field of play (lawn) and standard play uses two balls for player versus player: black and blue against red and yellow (colors of the Chinese flag). Players use mallets to pound the ball, build leads, knock into other balls for extra swats, etc.
