    if 1 then H is proven, if 0 then --U-- is proven

    cinge-0 disproves c and g from cough, and boldy disproves the o, leaving --u-h from cough as only possible letters.

    also, R from torch disprove by xerox, and T, O and C are disproven by touch-1 since the U or H must be a correct letter.

    If it = 1, then O is proven as first letter since -opsy all disproven. If so: if atlas was 1 then all letters for OTTER are proven. If mutes was 3 then all letters for OUTER are proven. I already have a word ready to guess if I have this one solved.

    If mates = 1, that does prove the T, since the ma--s are disproven and the H and E can not both be correct in the same spot. So T has to be right per Moths-1

    I don't think conditionals give points if the condition was not correct. They are simply pre-emptive logics in case the condition is true.

     

    Mates

    If it is 0, that proves the H from Moths, if it is 2 that proves --te- since ma--s are already all disproven. if it is 1 then nothing is proven yet.
