@Cube- It is my understanding that for example: Bob has 10 votes on him. Bill has 7 votes (out of vote manip territory to avoid smart comments) Bob is to be lynched, but "oops, he's unlynchable!". So no one gets lynched. It doesn't go to the next guy on the list (e.g - Bill). Tie vote means no lynch, so that wouldn't lynch the other guy either. IF tie vote meant flip a voin, the tied player could get lynched and the unlynchable wouldn't. What's with all this thinking Taz is unlynchable? That would be pretty unbalanced so I doubt it. It's more likely it is something like: he can find out one of his target's original target or something. We have no idea so what's the point?

@ Anon - i understand what you are saying and yes, that's why we kept Taz alive. But when he gets close to achieving his wincon, he has to go. The goodies are good but What? Are we so good that we say "right this way, good sir. Let me escort you to your wincon. Would you like a napkin?"

Please add my vote for molly mae. Sorry mate, you're just too dangerous Think about it everyone: there is an Indy who can (conceivably) win on D3, who's a threat to the wincon of every other player, who ends the game, who has the power and the info to prevent RID kills on him, wouldn't it be obvious that everyone teams up to get rid of him after he's outlived his usefulness.

@ Cube - it was a joke (due to "but seriously"), my 2nd comment stands.

What? You have a RID kill now Cube. So how many character's have you impersomated now? But seriously, even if we try RID killing him, he can prevent that if he figures out who all the RID killers are. You would need every goodie and baddie RID killer on him to ensure it goes through.

Anon, if Taz IS unlynchable and we keep him alive until D3, he could end up winning. So what you say doesn't quite make sense. Also, many of our goodie actions are being royally screwed with all these redirects.

By the way, both Molly Mae and Flamebirde are males.

Cube - no you didn't, Because of you and Aki, we know (presumably) who Taz is. That is a huge thing. So please don't worry yourself. It is fine to claim someone you aren't if you have a good reason for it. It's all the big picture. Remember that. And if we lose this mafia, just move on to the next one and learn from it. Mafia does this to your emotions, I know. But wait til you have a spectacular win, then you will see the up side and it is just as intense as the side, believe me!

@Nox, Cube didn't claim speedy. He claimed speedy orginally to obfuscate the baddies with knowing which role (out of the narrowed down ones) he was, but changed it later. Great, we have lost this for sure

One little gripe: there have been a few times in this thread where people have edited out important info from their posts. When I edit, it is to fix a typo or add something, not write something for certain ppl to see and then remove. Other mafia sites ban people for doing that.

So you're saying that's what they're up to? I suppose the other baddies could have advised them to use that strategy but that implies that the other baddies are pretty experienced, as I doubt they would come up with something that multi layered.

@ MoMa - I see what you're saying. Hmmm, well that is difficult to back down from. We have to keep in mind the remote possibility that someone does want to counterclaim TC or Aki but doesn't want to out themselves, so are voting for them instead. (As I was about to say Tweety or Dodger, counterclaim if you are one of these roles but realised they couldn't.)

I was hoping all these redirects wouldn't confuse the issue so much once we started playing. But things are actually more confusing than I expected. Seriously, all goodies: please be careful not to add to the confusion. You might think it stops the baddies from being able to work out our roles and RID kill us but remember this: they have all th ebaddie roles pinned down exactly, so we are more in the dark than them. Hence, any confusion is more detrimental to us than them. Maybe we should keep Taz alive for a couple days and then lynch him before he has had enough nights to earn his wincon. This way he helps us divert the baddies from their RID kills, while we work out what's going on. As soon as Taz is dead, we will start dropping like flies due to RID kills and only have our own redirect(s) to rely on (which requires us knowing exactly who to target and redirect to; knowledge we don't have yet.) Thoughts?

Okay, just read through a multitude of posts and I have to say that I am highly confused. Due to the redirects and all the inconsistent role claims, it is impossible to figure out what info to use in my analysis. Many of the people who have "claimed role" have made several inconsistent claims, then gone back and said they did that for this reason or that reason. I seriously have no idea who to believe. Seeing as two people think MoMa is Taz, I am leaning towards believing that. Let's think: we need Taz dead, but on the other hand, he is helping us by preventing the baddies from RID killing the outted players (if he redirects the right baddies.) At the same time, if MoMa is one of the most likely players to fill out his spreadsheet first, both because he is Taz and has so many redirects and also because he is an experienced player. So, in the beginning I was going to say we should hope the baddies RID kill him tonight. But then he could prevent that as RID kill is a lot weaker than usual. So perhaps we should lynch him. But then, what if Cube and Aki are baddies and are trying to get the pressure off themselves? Say we lynched MoMa and he turned out to be [not Taz], they could say, "oh we must have both been redirected and were wrong" to back out of it. Conclusion: I have no idea who to lynch. I don't like TC's retractions and inconsistencies, but I don't want to lynch a goodie (he could get RIDkilled tonight but again, a redirect could save him). I was offline due to a lengthy power outage, and had planned on coming back and pressuring peace. But now I don't know. I think Anon is disseminating confusion mindlessly. Some of the things people are saying they "know", I don't see how they could. Some of the "narrowing down roles" looks to me to be incorrect. I will think on this and vote soon. But if the people who are disseminating confusion are NOT baddies, kindly stop it as it is clouding the picture drastically.

Darth Nox I am adding a vote to provide pressure as I would like to hear what TheCube has to say. @all - you can change your vote as much as you want. You don't have to be sure of your suspicions to vote. The best way to gather info on D1 is to vote early and move your vote around. This gets people talking. So don't wait until the last minute. It may be difficult to defend due to the RID kills and difference in what the night posts look like. But due to all the possible redirects, the night post info is unpredictable so we need to get info from somewhere... The power is off all day for me due to maintenance , so I am at the uni library atm. Will be back online after the power comes back on in several hours. Does anyone think it's a good idea to share if we were redirected or not (if we know)? So others know whether to trust their results? Just trying to think of some plan we can use that will provide more advantage to the goodies than the baddies. Open to suggestions or criticisms of my suggestion.
