Yes. But I think we're on daylight time at the moment. Board time= whatever time it is on the East coast of the US.

Yes. For those on MM, the time there is board time. For anyone not on MM, it's EDT.

Also, have you checked the balance? I'm not really good at that but it seems like this is balanced in favor of the baddies and the indy is sc*****.
