How can you be so sure that PT is bad?? The reason why the Hooligans didn't kill him was because (if he is not one of them) you (all of you) were all over him, so it makes sense to leave the person that goodies think is bad alive.

Wow! I almost have drowned when I was 2 years old and could have gotten killed several times, most of them on bike, two near (way too near) on foot, but it's same here with me I didn't respect life more, nor I was thinking "Man I'm glad I'm still alive". I think that Hollywood is feeding us with that nonsense, oh and those self help books!

Don't get me wrong I'm glad that I'm alive, but I never feel anything when I almost get killed?!

ON TOPIC: I think that people need God, fairies, angels and other "creatures" in order to feel safe in this world and to have a feeling that they have some control over their lives.

Those that believe in God think that if they live their life "by the book" pray every night etc. that they will be safe from all the harm, or if life does pull some nasty trick on them they will always have God to rely on. Same goes for guardian angels or fairies. People feel safer if they believe that there's always someone to protect them and keep them safe from harm.

For those people it would probably be terrifying to think that they are all alone in the world and that everything is out to get them without any safety net whatsoever.

It's a great idea seeksit. I wanted to suggest woon to enable us to set more then one set of traps, but I think that your suggestion will work much better.

I haven't had a chance to read the previous posts, cause we have a thunder storm coming and I always turn off my computer then and all the appliances just to be safe.

I still haven't heard of scsw or G so all I can tell you about my goodie role is that it's tricky.

I already said that I don't like us ganging up on PT cause we won't have a chance to change anything, besides think about this one, if we all bandwagon on one person, all the baddies (both factions) will do the same thing. If we split the votes on at least three people the baddies will have to do the same.

Since peace refused to talk when I previously asked her to that's where my vote goes!

Actually I have an interesting story to share, it wasn't a fairy though, but it was weird?!

Dad was taking me to the train station early Monday morning, and it was a cloudy grayish morning. There was no one in the street when suddenly a white cat run across the road causing my father to hit the brakes. So that cat kinda stole two seconds from us not more. When we got to the intersection my dad took a sharp left turn and only then he noticed the man on the bike. If we would have gotten there two seconds earlier, exactly those two seconds we have lost while dodging the cat, we would have hit him. The guy on the bike totally melted into the background, we totally have overseen him.

I still have goosebumps when I think about it

We have a testable hypothesis! This calls for a double-blind randomized placebo controlled trial. After all, we don't want the dogs to have a placebo effect changing the color of their poo. And we certainly don't want scientists who aren't blind gauging the color of the poo.

One wonders, though, is this specific to dogs? Cats bury their poo so we don't really have the data for them. On the random Nature TV programs I've seen which on occasion have had scientists hunting for stool samples of exotic animals, they always want to collect fresh stool for analysis, so I've never seen any old poo from other animals. Perhaps someone keeps a pet rabbit or something that doesn't eat bones and could give us some insight on the complexion of the pellets over time.

Well rabbits are herbivorous so it wouldn't be a valid control.

We should have a dog fed with:

a.) vegetables and grains for a while (a week) - there are dogs that love veggies!

b.) with bones

c.) dog food

d.) bones and dog food combined (this is to determine whether the dog food is responsible for the "odd" color of the poo, of course if we determine that bones are the ones that provide the chalk color of the poo)

Actually I think that the best thing would be to feed the same dog... poor dog

My dad was puzzled asking where I was going. "Um... nothing... you know... what ever..."

Well I'm happy to announce that almost all them were white, some of them with black parts on them.

Our two little dogs (Vicky and Emma ) are eating the left overs and they are eating a lot of bones too. We have never fed them dog food. Their diet is very versatile though. They also like to eat corn and sunflower seeds that makes their poo grainy. They also eat boiled eggs and they catch mice for a desert. They strangled a cat a while ago (poor kitty) of course that was too big of a bite for them, but it was hard to yank the cat out of Emma's clenched yaws.

I agree with the theory that white poo occurs when dogs are being fed with bones.

I asked a friend of mine about the poo color with her dogs and she said that they are all colored. The difference between her dogs and mine is that her dogs are fed with dog food, even though they do get chicken bones sometimes. So... it's possible that there are artificial colors and flavors in the dog food and that's what's preventing the color of the poo to turn white!
