Hmm I probably didn't pick up a lot of clues...unless some of the details aren't actually clues. Anyway...

The man murdered was the real cashier and the man dressed as the cashier was the murderer. Perhaps the murderer planted some of the stolen money on the dead cashier to make it look like he was a theif.

The 24 yr. old is the criminal. He stole the money, knocked out the cashier, and slid down the garbage shute to land on a knife in the dumpster.

here's the answer for lose who are lazy.

The hispanic man broke a window close to the roof (he's seen waayy too many spie movies)how ever as he was entering he knoked down a heavy item on a shelf on the casher. he grabed the the money and was climing through the window when the dazzed casher grabbed and through what ever was closest to him. (a knife) and the man fell through the window. the casher However couldn't remember why. The criminal is both of them!
