Think about that answer a little longer. The blanket might have been protection. But it also might have had another quality to it. Seeing's how it was so dark and heavy, she was so proud. Bottom line we're looking for one thing which did two things. Something both helped her make the blanket, AND was how the blanket hung over her. Maybe I shouldn't have had the blanket protecting her. That might have been a bit of a throw off. But I had a really hard time explaining the verb portion of the word.
