complete the following series ...it is a bit harder than the previous ones...

11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 22, 24, ? , 100, 121, ?

By chance, should the last shown number be 112 instead of 121?

11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 22, 24,

26 , 100, 112?, 125

It looks like the numbers are in base 8, and the decimal digit(s) "higher" than the one's position is converted to base 8 and added to itself to produce the next number in the series.

I'm don't know if I'm saying that right, but I can't think of another way to phrase it. As an example, take the second number in the series, 12. The decimal value above the one's position is 1, converted to base 8 is still 1, and then added to 12 to make 13, the next number. Similarly, the decimal value above the one's position of 100 is 10, converted to base 8 is 12, and then added to 100 to make 112, possibly the next number.

Or maybe I'm just off my rocker again. :(

(Which seems to happen all too easily.)

If the 121 is correct, then perhaps the last number is 162 instead of 125?
