can you slice the figure shown in the attachment into 4 equal parts (in size ,shape and area)

The figure shown is a square with a diagonally cut square of the same size

Divide the piece into six equal parts. Then cut 2 of them into two equal portion and add each of them to one of the four earlier part. Its a trapezoid looks same as figure in question.
