Assuming the broken segments represent zero, the continuous one represents one, from bottom to top they represent the binary numbers:

001 = 1

011 = 3

110 = 6

100 = 8

It's binary. Read the lines from the bottom up. If there is one solid line, that is a 1. Otherwise it is a 0.

So 100 = 4 in binary.

So my answer is 4.

I'd say 4. Based on it looks like a binary system where a solid line is 1 and a dashed line is a zero, going top to bottom instead of right to left. so the answer is 100 or 4

Treat it like a binary system

broken line = 0, continuous line = 1

top line = 1, middle line = 2, and bottom line = 4

1st: 0*1 + 1*2 + 1*4 = 6

2nd: 1*1 + 0*2 + 0*4 = 1

3rd: 1*1 + 1*2 + 0*4 = 3

4th: 0*1 + 0*2 + 1* 4 = 4 :P

nice puzzle took me bout 10 mins lol i was well excited when i figured it out :D

_______ at top=1

_______ at middle=2

_______ at bottom=4

so answer is 4

Its a 4...if you consider binary numbers...solid lines are 1 dashed lines are 0...so 100=4

nice puzzle took me bout 10 mins lol i was well excited when i figured it out :D

Nothing like the feeling of finding out an answer yourself after working on it :D

admittedly I do have to peek sometimes because i get impatient, but on this one i didn't!
