Birthday - Back to the Number Puzzles
The day before yesterday I was 25 and the next year I will be 28. This is true only one day in a year. What day is my birthday?

umm... if the day before yesterday he was 25 doesn't that mean that he's 26 when he said that, and wouldn't the next year make him 27 and not 28? kinda lost there... can u explain it to me?

The day before yesterday (December 30) he was 25.
He turned 26 on December 31.
He talked about it on January 1. That year he would turn 27, so "next year" he would turn 28.

Well, if you were 25 two days ago, I am assuming your birthday was yesterday, and assuming yesterday was New Years Eve, that means you were 26 yesterday, you are going to be 27 this year and 28 next year.

this one needs reworded, on Jan. 1st he will not BE 28 he will turn 28 if you reworded:
it to be he will turn 28 next year
it would make more sence.
Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward.
Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both.

that only works if when you say "the next year" being the 31st. If you say it meaning Jan 1st, which is the day he is on, then he would still be 27.

the riddle mentions that it's a day in a year, it doesn't say that it's a day in EVERY year.
