After a fire was put out, two investigators are looking at a photo. The photo shows a big mansion next to a forest. Two men were walking towards the house, one of them was carrying something look like a kerosene can. On the path nearby there is another man walking away from the house.
One of the investigators said:
"Now, there are three people at the crime scene. Those two must have caused the fire."
The other said:
"I'm not sure about who caused the fire but there are actually four people."
Who is correct?
This is what the photo looks like (I'm not a good artist)
