0 Guest
3 words beginning with letter "o" 1 word with no letter "o" in it 4 words with letter "o" in them 1 word with no letter "o" in it 5 words total
0 Guest
You used "1 word with no letter 'o' in it" twice. To not duplicate we could say: "1 word with multiple letter 'o's in it".
0 Guest
As a function of the number of vowels in each word: if there are more consonants than vowels, subtract 1 from the number of vowels in that word; if there are an equal number of consonants and vowels, add 1 to the number of vowels. birdhouse (5C>4V => 4-1) merit (3C>2V => 2-1) orange (3C=3V => 3+1) other (3C>2V = 2-1) opposite (4C=4V => 4+1) so 31415. To not duplicate we could say: "1 word with multiple letter 'o's in it". No === As a function of the number of vowels in each word: if there are more consonants than vowels, subtract 1 from the number of vowels in that word; if there are an equal number of consonants and vowels, add 1 to the number of vowels. birdhouse (5C>4V => 4-1) merit (3C>2V => 2-1) orange (3C=3V => 3+1) other (3C>2V = 2-1) opposite (4C=4V => 4+1) so 31415. Uhh, that's rather complicated, good guess but no! Oh and, very sorry, I should have said earlier that it was rounded off so it's not 31415 but 31416!
