A certain state of mind, a trick of the brain,
A spark of ideas for someone sane.
Not something you eat, but a special brew.
Elusive, sly, and just for you

There is a one in charge of me,
Who thinks and tweaks and arranges me.
Yet, I am his slave, so to speak,
And, without him, I am weak.

The answer to this clue is found,
When he and I are both around.

Please tell me what you think. I think it's my best, anyway.
