Heh, I remember a different version. (This is from yeeeeears ago, I feel so old!)

There are three guys, Shut Up, Poop, and Manners, racing their motorcycles down the road. Poop wrecks, and Manners stops to help him up. Shut Up, wanting to win the race, speeds up and is pulled over by a cop.
