Is it the original 18 zodiac constellations the babylonians came up with? Fall of fate meaning their ultimate demise?

If that's the right answer I'd bet noone could have come up with that without googling... haha

other than that i haven't a clue

Is it something to do with clocks or watches? "Teeth" of cogs, "Hands" on a dial, "Heart...beating away" = ticking. But unfortunately nothing else makes sense!

Could be the eighteen pirate lords from pirates of carribean movies running their crews? I forget how many there are. Or maybe its an 18 year old smoker?
