Ball in a Hole

Easy. Turn the pipe upside down, the ball will roll out ... it's called gravity
Yeah, good luck turning over the pipe when it's buried into the ground. My answer, since the pipe is sealed at the bottom, I'd fill it with water.

Fill the pipe with some water, ball will come with the rising level of the water.
