you gotta look at the shaded parts, they're the dolphins, and the light colored parts are the people. it took me a while to see the dolphins too!

The_Genius posted a picture "in 3D" (it's on the front page as of now), but I don't understand the directions very well. To at least see it in 3D, you either have to "focus on points between your eyes and the screen", or "focus on points beneath the screen}
