And it doesn't seem very logical to just assume all car dealers are bald. It could use a little more hinting to the balding thing, but other than that this is a good riddle.

Aha!!!!! Car dealers... "dies in an "Accidental" car crash failed to brake"<-newpaper headline wife cuts brake line. also some car dealers smoke...

The corener would be able to identify burn marks, and if they smoked so much they died, then they would be able to identify this as well.
