Apples - Back to the Logic Puzzles
A basket contains 5 apples. Do you know how to divide them to 5 kids so that each one has an apple and one apple stays in the basket?

Well the solution posted with the riddle works too - however I was thinking it could be a larger basket and a small kid who can fit in it. :lol: 4 get an apple, and the 5th gets one too he just sits in the basket to eat it.

Give each of the 4 persons 3/4 piece of a apple. Thats taking away 1/4 piece of each apple to give to the 5th person 1/4 x 4= 4/4 or 1 whole apple for the 5th person.
