The letter I can be rotated on it's axis and still appear as the letter I from 360 degree field of vision

...the post is titled, "the only one". I is also the Roman Numeral for one. I might have to change my guess.

what are letters for? they changed throughout 5000 yrs history. maybe we will be looking at different R symbol in the future.

you mean straight edge? look closer on the sides..also they all look 2D thus all are edged
