Either type (spoiler="title text here")Text you want hidden(/spoiler) using square brackets instead.

Hi Kikacat123, thanks for asking. You can create spoiler in 2 basic ways:
1. automatically - clicking on button including white "S" in blue square which you see when you compose your message - a pop-up should then be displayed where you enter the visible spoiler title and the text that should be masked
2. enter the spoiler code manually - copy or write this
[spoiler='visible title']hidden text[/spoiler]
In the end it should look like this.
