Villains without a face

Ok, there isn't really an off-topic thread, but I figured I'd ask here anyways.

I'm also assuming that we have enough nerds here to know some for me.

I'm trying to figure out some villains (or heroes) that don't have a face.

They may have a mask, but with no eyes, or they just have glowing eyes under a cowl, but characters that you never see the face of, but you see the head.

Would Deadpool work? Since you said glowing eyes under a cowl? Not sure what you are wanting exactly...

How would Ironman fit in your request if he was a villain?

Vivi is a perfect example of what I'm looking for.

I don't merely want a masked character (like Deadpool, Rorsach, Vader, etc.) but instead one with no face.

We'll throw in heroes as well, why pick sides?

I like 9-Jack-9's style.

I figured there would be a lot more than there are.
