Sorry, I was away all day yesterday and was too tired last night to check lol
What happens if Player A attacks player B's planet at the same time as Player B moves more ships on to it? Who's move happens first?

basically the moves happen simultaneously, for example, if A attacks B with 15 ships, B has 10 ships at the planet but moves 6 ships there, whether A conquers first and then loses from the move, or B moves first and then A gets deflected, the end result is the same.

you can move ships to any planet you control, as long as the path is available.
