Generals

You have a total of 200 troops, and there are 10 areas of the world in which battles are occurring.
Your goal is to divide your 200 troops over those battlefields. You cannot split troops in half.
After all men have been placed, the battle occurs.
For each of the 10 areas, points are awarded based on the relative strength of the forces.
If you have more troops than your opponent, you gain 5 points.
If you have the same number, a stalemate occurs and you gain 2 points.
If you have fewer troops, you lose and get 0.
If you win a majority of the battles (score more than 25), your score for that war will be doubled.
Through the power of intradimensional wormholes, you will fight every other general, and every other general will fight you once.
The results for all these wars will be added together, and that counts as a round.
After 10 rounds, the player with the most points wins.
ADDITIONAL USEFUL INFORMATION:
Let's say one player divides his forces evenly (20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20).
Another player anticipates that and sends (22 22 22 22 22 22 22 22 22 2).
The first player would lose the first nine battles and win the last one, getting 5 points.
The second player would get 45x2 or 90 points.
For any distribution of troops there is another one which will beat it, but some distributions are clearly worse than others, for example (200 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0) is almost guaranteed to not get more than 5 points per battle.
Finally, the order of positions matters, so (200 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0) is different than (0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 200)
Any number of players can join, so I'll say that signups will close on July 20th!

You gotta love intradimensional wormholes. They make war so fun.

I really don't have much faith in my power.
Can you have a battlefield without any of your people in it? If so, will you still lose points?
