a crane game? Not sure is this is the actual name, but the big glass enclosure where you control a crane/claw and try to drop it on a prize.

That's what I'm looking for.

Search high and low for animal you seek -- I always see people looking into these things and pointing out "cool" prizes
Unmoving now, it's gutless joints are weak -- It's stuffed (or at least not living)
Quietly breathe and simply clear your mind -- Preparation rituals; I've literally watches someone take five minutes analyzing before trying.
Luck has brought about unburied find. -- You can only get the things on top. I'm convinced of that.
Check your aim, but hurry, time is short -- Checking the location of the claw from side and front while battling that little countdown timer.
Press the trigger expect no loud report. -- Pressing the button
Shot down-range must more than hit its mark -- Hitting isn't good enough
Good hunters compensate for bullet's arc. -- The arc of the claw arm and getting it around the target
If shot is true to hunter's aiming eyes -- if you catch it
No need to stuff or mount this dead buck prize. -- It's ready for display.

Btw, I hate the crane games.
