misskitten got it... thalia ur close but not quite.. where i first saw these they were called brainbats... but i've heard the name rebus puzzles before so that actually might be it 
there are still more that haven't been figured out so keep scratching ur heads if by any chance u all give up ... which i doubt but still in the realm of possibility that u do... just say so and i'll give out the remaining answers:)

scrambled egg garden weed and tool box are right .... but the other 2 are wrong ... like i said before fortune is right but not complete, here is a hint ... u have to add to the phrase... big coffee is totally wrong change ur thinking on that one:P
