I can start up a beginners game.  Question: Should it be a true Newbie Mafia - with vanillas etc.  Or a simple mafia with no vanillas?

Second thing - do we have any new players wishing to learn the game? 

 

Brainy and I were thinking of cohosting something so this could be good seeing as she's a first time hostess.

I'd go with simple mafia, no vanillas. I think it kind of sucks to get stuck with a vanilla role. Maybe others see it differently. *shrug* As for new players, won't know until signups.

agreed. I don't think that we'll get much beginners but probably either seasoned players playing to refresh their memory or players like me who have little experience and want to play some more.

no vanillas pleaaaaase ;) (I agree with Thalia.. they suck )
and it is a newbee mafia from Brainy's perspective considering her a newbee host
and I agree with Flame.. players like us who have not played in a while would join (I know I will ) .. and maybe some new players as well

PS. How was that call EDM use to say : "Go Goodies!!!" ?

I'll play a newbie mafia game, if someone is willing to start one up (Aura?). It'll be my 3rd game, so I won't EXACTLY be a newbie, but I guess that's fine. Haven't played one in, I dunno, half a year, maybe?

I tend to agree about vanillas being sucky. So Brainy and I will host a simple mafia, but without vanillas. Just bear with us while we throw something together. :D
