Spoiler forA note: I've been using the first number as a column base and the second one as coordinates. I can't say that it's anywhere near right yet, though.
For instance, 4 */* 2 =

Another interesting thing to note is 100 */* 93 = 186.
@Araver: Is 100 */* a = 2a? Or is that just a coincidence in this case?
